Cancel renewal before the next charge and retain paid access to the verified period end. Use Account → Billing → Manage billing, or submit a durable cancellation request there if the payment provider is unavailable.

A full refund is available on request within 14 days of the first monthly purchase. There is no routine prorated refund afterward; billing errors and service failures are reviewed individually. Applicable mandatory rights take priority. The free trial does not waive withdrawal rights.

A refund request does not itself change access. A successful full refund of the current monthly period ends paid access and triggers cancellation. Partial or older-period refunds do not silently terminate the currently paid period. Pending and failed refunds stay visible for support recovery.

Immediate cancellation is available through support for an explicit request, deletion, approved refund or security response. Cancellation and money disposition are recorded separately.

EUR 12/month including 19% VAT (EUR 10.08 net + EUR 1.92 VAT). Registration and VAT identification details have not been supplied.
Fixed inactive-account retention, active-deletion completion and backup-expiry periods have not been specified. Deletion remains pending until the required steps are confirmed.
