Processor inventory for review

Clerk, Auth0, MongoDB, Cloudflare R2, Render, Stripe, email provider, Google Calendar, DeepSeek and historical OpenAI processing — inventory and transfers require review.

Product records and attachments belong to the authenticated personal workspace. Provider credentials are excluded from exports. Billing uses stable internal account/workspace IDs; payment records and minimal deletion tombstones are retained separately. No fixed retention period for those records is specified here.

Owners can request export or deletion even after paid access ends. Active-system deletion, processor deletion and backup expiry have separate pending/failure states. Payment expiry alone does not erase data.

EUR 12/month including 19% VAT (EUR 10.08 net + EUR 1.92 VAT). Registration and VAT identification details have not been supplied.
Fixed inactive-account retention, active-deletion completion and backup-expiry periods have not been specified. Deletion remains pending until the required steps are confirmed.
