Personal web application

One personal workspace and one seat. Tasks, projects, notes, calendar planning, Focus and a bounded text assistant. Monthly subscription: EUR 12. No additional plans, tiers, discounts, overages or teams.

An invited owner may choose either an explicit 14-day trial without a card or an immediate monthly purchase. Trial expiry never creates an automatic charge. A purchase made before or during the trial starts paid access immediately, ends any remaining trial time and renews monthly until canceled.

MCP/plugin integration — Coming soon. Asoondo’s paid subscription covers the web application. MCP/plugin access is not included in the initial purchase promise. Availability and future inclusion are not guaranteed.

Access, limits and exclusions appear on Pricing. Security, dispute and deletion holds can pause paid activity. Expiry preserves account, billing, retained data, support, export and deletion access.

These terms are adopted by the seller. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Offer and data retention

Germany initially.
EUR 12/month including 19% VAT (EUR 10.08 net + EUR 1.92 VAT). Registration and VAT identification details have not been supplied.
Fixed inactive-account retention, active-deletion completion and backup-expiry periods have not been specified. Deletion remains pending until the required steps are confirmed.
